Fraud by Bernard Brown
Bernard Brown is a professional fraudster who has been defrauding companies from the 80's. He defrauded my company in 1999, and then went on to defraud Gigabrite products 3 years later. He does not get caught because he just keeps on moving. I really hope that he will be caught in the USA and put in jail. He also defrauded Barlows in South Africa. He claims he is a qualified Charted Accountant which he is not, he has a three year degree from Wits University in Johannesburg. He takes the peoples trust and then plainly destroys their business and their lives. He is an immoral thief.

Bernard Brown Going To Trial For Fraud
Bernard Brown of Dallas Texas is going to trial for a fraud, patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and interference of business relations from his disastrous handlings of the Posture Pal Company. The Posture Pal companies have been abandoned a second time by Bernard Brown and have racked up the lowest ranking of F from the Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints of taking people's money and not delivering product. The lawsuit was filed by the Posture Pal inventor, Chris Geisert who was majority shareholder and was locked out of the company after demoting Bernard Brown for refusing to show the company expenditures. The lawsuit against Bernard Brown filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas has entered the Discovery Phase with the judge requesting both parties to perform a scheduling. A motion for dismissal by Bernard Brown was rejected by the court. The court has found enough evidence presented by the plaintiff to hear the complaint, including fraud which is hardest to proof. Bernard Brown has stated that he is looking for investors to invest in the Posture Pal company. If the investors aren't aware of the Fraud lawsuit, they too can file suit for not disclosing this information. Chris Geisert, the inventor of Posture Pal, has started over with a new company called FHP Products and is selling two of his inventions, Posture Cap and FHP Cushion which is the new name of the Posture Pal cushion. Geisert is also currently writing a book about his whole ordeal so that other inventors can learn from his mistakes or so that people can see the inside dealings of how to take an invention to market.

Posture Pal Inventor Starts Selling Posture Pal under New Company
Posture Pal inventor Chris Geisert has recently started selling his Posture Pal forward head posture cushion again after a long legal battle against Bernard Brown who was demoted by Geisert and then who ran the company into the ground, racking up 21 complaints from customers who purchased the product and never received them including doctors who were double billed. Geisert, who was left with nothing from his Posture Pal Company, has since restarted a brand new company called FHP Products which stands for forward head posture products. Geisert first started selling his second forward head posture invention, the Posture Cap. Reviews of the Posture Cap have been mixed. While selling his Posture Cap and fighting a legal battle, Geisert had many requests from people to sell his Posture Pal cushion. Orders from European doctors allowed him to start selling his cushion again and he has recently started to sell his cushions to everybody with stock in the US where most of his clients are; US and Canada. The Posture Pal forward head posture cushion can be found from Geisert's new company at his new temporary website, www.theposturecap.com. The retail price has been lowered from $95 to $76 along with lower wholesale prices for doctors at $38. These prices also include free shipping to continental US and for a limited time, Canada. The Posture pal website, www.posturepal.com , which is ran by Bernard Brown has received an F from the Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints for Bernard Brown's selling practices of taking people's money, not returning their emails and not delivering products. The phone numbers on the Posture Pal website no longer work and many complaints of customers of Bernard Brown not responding after receiving their money. The address on the website is no longer valid as well. Bernard Brown has moved two times since. Ordering off the Posture Pal website from PayPal has been cancelled due to all the complaints. Bernard Brown has since started working for Ambit, a multi-level marketing company. Multi-Level Marketing companies have had fraudulent reviews for their business practices Bernard Brown also faces a patent infringement lawsuit which includes fraud and other counts of white collar crime with the US District Court of Northern Texas.

Posture Pal and Posture Pro Differences Can Not Be Settled
Posture Pal inventors legal battles may not be over. Posture Pal inventor, Mr. Geisert, also sent a Cease and Desist warning to Posture Pro posture analysis developer, Dr. Joseph Ventura regarding Geisert's patent, the Posture Pal cushion regarding patent infringement. Dr. Ventura was receiving royalties from Geisert's company, Posture Pal, for offering his endorsement, a scientific study, and marketing of the cushion to his clients. After Posture Pal CEO Bernard Brown closed the companies and didn't tell any shareholders, he began selling the cushions without any company representation, essentially selling the cushion for his own personal gain. Geisert re-assigned the patent to his own personal name as he was 51% owner of the company and sent Dr. Ventura warnings about his marketing and receiving payments for sold Posture Pal cushions which infringed upon his patent. Dr. Ventura responded that his loyalties were with who was paying him, Bernard Brown. Geisert then gave Dr. Ventura 3 choices; 1. Become a neutral party, take down the Posture Pal information off his website and not support Bernard Brown or Chris Geisert while collecting royalties from both parties, 2. Support Bernard Brown and keep marketing from him and not receive any royalties from Geisert, or 3. Support FHP Products and receive royalties from Geisert. Dr. Ventura chose to support Bernard Brown, leaving Geisert to fend for himself. After Bernard Brown stopped paying royalties to Dr. Ventura, Dr. Ventura decided to change teams and help Mr. Geisert and demanded royalties for cushions sold while he was not helping Geisert. Geisert offered to start paying Dr. Ventura royalties after he stopped supporting Bernard Brown but Dr. Ventura feels entitled to royalties when Geisert was not using Dr. Ventura's marketing or endorsement and was infringing upon Geisert's patent. As the two parties cannot resolve their differences, the legal issues facing a possible court case regarding Dr. Ventura and Geisert revolve around if the Posture Pal royalty contract makes the old royalty contract between Geisert and Ventura obsolete; if Dr. Ventura was infringing upon Geisert's patent, breaking the royalty contract; if Geisert is breaking the contract with Dr. Ventura; if Ventura refused to help Geisert he was not fulfilling his end of the contract making no royalties due to him. As you can see, the legal questions are very difficult to answer and hard to settle.

Posture Pal Recapitalization, Investors Beware
Posture Pal inventor and patent holder, Chris Geisert, has started a new company called FHP Products and has already started selling his Posture Pal invention again which is now renamed FHP Cushion while Bernard Brown, CEO of the defunct Posture Pal company faces a fraud, patent infringement, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit from majority shareholder of the defunct Posture Pal company, Chris Geisert. Bernard Brown is looking to refinance by recapitalization the Posture Pal companies with investors. This poses a serious threat to investors who will face a lawsuit from Chris Geisert regarding patent infringement and will incur many legal fees, increasing their total investment by a substantial amount. Posture Pal has also been given an F status from the respected Better Business Bureau for 21 complaints for fleecing customers of their money and not delivering any products. Some chiropractors even got double billed without their money returned. nFinity Capital also faces a potential lawsuit from Posture Pal inventor Chris Geisert as well. nFinity Capital has been informed of the lawsuits and refuses to discuss resolutions, making it likely that nFinity Capital is in on the fraud with Bernard Brown who both are from South Africa. African fraudsters are quite common. The fact that these two collude with each other and given the circumstances of taking client's money and not giving people their product makes it very suspicious that future investor's money will be taken and not returned and without the risk of lawsuits divulged to the investors. nFinity Capital are also known for hostile takeovers. Potential clients of nFinity Capital should be aware of the fight happening at Posture Pal when considering using them as investors. This could and will probably happen to you. Manufacturing of the cushion for Posture Pal has been shut down. Even if Posture Pal may find financing, production of the cushion is non-existent. Manufacturing has only been granted to FHP Products in China where production takes place. Geisert's name is also on the patent in China. Paperwork has already been filed with Chinese customs to stop export of the posture cushion leaving the country except for purchase orders done by FHP Products. The FHP Cushion can now be purchased at www.theposturecap.com from the inventor and patent holder, Chris Geisert's new company.

Posture Pal Patent Infringement and Fraud Lawsuit
My name is Chris Geisert, inventor of the Posture Pal cushion. I was locked out of my Posture Pal company by CEO Bernard Brown. I re-assigned the patent back to my personal name as I was 51% owner. I sent a cease and desist letter, but nothing happened so I had to file a patent infringement lawsuit against Bernard Brown as the companies were all abandoned! I have since filed a fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and interference of contractual relations lawsuit as I was about to start up my business again with logistics, warehousing, advertising, etc... and Bernard Brown called and threatened my new partner with a lawsuit. I checked with the Dallas Better Business Bureau and they ranked my company with the lowest score of F with 10 complaints. I lost my business and now my reputation is bad. I even called some old chiropractic customers who complained about not getting product on time or never able to get it.

Posture Pal Receives F From Better Business Bureau
Posture Pal Inc. has been given has given an F from the Dallas Better Business Bureau for 10 complaints, 8 of which have been settled and two had no response. Six complaints were regarding delivery issues, 3 complaints were regarding refund or exchange issues and 1 complaint was regarding service issues. The BBB processed the 10 complaints about Posture Pal Inc. in the last 36 months, 7 of which were closed in the last year. The BBB has requested basic information from this company but has not received a response. As a result, the BBB may not have current information about the company. A fraud complaint was also filed with the US District Court of Western Michigan against Posture Pal Inc. CEO, Bernard Brown on February 5, 2010 by the inventor of the Posture Pal cushion Chris Geisert. Brown was in charge of running the Posture Pal company. Brown is also facing a patent infringement lawsuit which was filed with the US District Court of Northern Texas which was filed in early 2009 after Geisert re-assigned the patent back to his own name after disputes regarding the Posture Pal company.
